Impatient to receive your new order? Good news! You will receive email updates as the status of your order progresses. You can also track the progress of your order anytime in the My Orders section of your account. Once your order has shipped, a dedicated tracking link will become available to track the status of delivery in real time.
No, we do not offer time slot selection at the moment.
Your order number is created after you've successfully submitted your order online. This will be displayed on the order confirmation page, and featured in all emails received thereafter. You can also check your order number directly in your customer account.
After placing your order, a new page will show your order number. You will receive a follow-up email to confirm your order has been successfully placed.
Once your order has been prepared, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a dedicated link to track your order in real time.
You can also track the progress of your order anytime in the My Orders section of your account.
We are happy to offer free gift wrapping for all online orders, simply check the appropriate box during checkout. You may also choose include a personalized message for your recipient.
Please note that products from the same order may not be wrapped individually. Gift wrapping is not provided for oversized items that do not correspond to any available package format.

An authorization will be placed on your card when you successfully place an order online. You may receive a notification from your bank at this time, depending on your communication settings. This charge is temporary and will only be confirmed once your order has been processed by our warehouse. Please contact your financial institution for further assistance regarding authorizations and communication settings.
Yes, foreign credit cards are accepted.
Exchanges & Returns
Don't worry, the charges placed on your account are temporary authorizations. We only process payment once your order is shipped. If your order has been cancelled, this temporary authorization will be voided automatically. For any issues or questions please contact your bank directly.
We cannot process partial orders at this time, so your order will be cancelled if any items are unavailable. Please place a new order if you would like to receive the items available for purchase. If you face any difficulties, don't hesitate to contact our Customer Care team who will gladly take you through the re-order process.

We will make every effort to dispatch replacement item when possible (UAE/KSA only), or provide a refund.
Refunds will be processed either on original card used when placing your order or via online store credit. For refunds issued on original card used for payment, please allow for up to 14 days for amount to show on your statement due to varying processing times between card issuers. Store credits will be automatically applied to your next online purchase, they are valid one year.
The following applies to all type of deliveries: missing, wrong or damaged item(s) should be reported by the customer as soon as possible to the Customer Service, within seven (7) days after the delivery date.
We will attempt to deliver your order up to 3 times. If you are unavailable, your order will be returned to our warehouse and you will be refunded.

Please provide the below information to retrieve your receipt: Your full name Your phone number The day of purchase The purchase amount Store Name Upon receiving your email, our Customer Care team will get back to you in a maximum of 7 days with the required document.
Original shipping and handling costs are non-refundable unless the products you received are damaged or defective.
